Leading other people is tough.
Businesses and organisations spend a lot of money on people. And yet it can be a real challenge to build strong, healthy teams, when each one of brings different gifts and perspectives, and each of us is wired so differently.
How can we manage and develop people well? How can we identify their natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving? How can we grow strong, healthy teams in our organisations, and truly get the best out of our team members and colleagues?
We don't always know 'what's right' with the people we lead. They often don’t know either. As a result, communicating and collaborating as a team can be tough. What’s more, it is hard to lead, develop, manage and give great feedback to our people when we don't know how they are wired.
Of course, many leaders and managers aren’t clear on what their own strengths are either. We often don’t know how to leverage our own strengths to lead and manage others effectively.
It doesn't have to be this way.
lifeincolour can help whole teams discover their Strengths and learn how to manage them, apply them and talk about them with their colleagues. We can help to build strong and healthy teams, and create Strengths-based cultures in all kinds of organisations. We can help people flourish, and help organisations achieve great outcomes.

Gallup’s research has shown that a team’s direct path to growth and improvement begins with primary investment in each person’s talents.
A team’s success ultimately depends on its ability to perform. Because each person is guided by their unique talents, what is easy for one person might be excruciatingly difficult for another. What is stimulating for one might be tedious to another.
When team members are aware of each other’s filters, they understand how each person is inclined to think, act and feel. This awareness helps them navigate the issues all teams encounter. They understand how the team can work best together to accomplish its goals and performance challenges.
According to Gallup research, Strengths-based development in organisations leads to:
7-23% higher employee engagement
10-19% increased sales
8-18% increased performance
14-29% increased profit
